Frequently Asked Questions for Walnut Hourglass Kit option-set-1011294-image-swatches-1 Returns & Exchanges

What should I check before asking someone else to manage my order?

Define which task you want the other person to handle. Share only the order information needed for the agreed task.

What should I clarify before organizing a purchase for several people?

Ask about any quantity-based offer and its actual conditions. A shared purpose does not mean every participant has identical preferences.

What should I check about requirements or limitations before purchasing?

Distinguish recommendations from mandatory conditions when the seller makes that distinction. Ask the seller to explain an unfamiliar requirement in practical terms.
